hey juniors! this is from an email that shir gi sent you! if you have not received it, could you please inform me or her, k! :) looking forward to meeting you at camp!

First File: NUS Map

Date To report: 22nd July 2008
Time: 8.30am
Venue: Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, MD 11 (Open attachment to see)
Different Route to come:
1) Take 97, 197, 963 of 198 and stopped at college west bus stop, crossed the bridge and followed the cover walkway. (Red Circle)
2) Take 95 from Bouna Vista MRT station, stopped at the fourth bus stop ( Not inclusive of the bus stop you board) (Black Circle)
Both routes will lead you to LT 27 which you can see. Follow the sign boards which will lead you to MD 11 k.. ( See the Black arrows)

Second File: Indemnity Form for people below 21 years old
Third File: Indemnity Form for people above 21 years old

These are indemnity forms that you have to sign and bring it along when you report to camp k. So read it and sign it ya! =)

Fourth File: Packing list

Packing list for you guys to refer to ya! Try to follow the list and bring any extra things that you think you need k, esp like ur own medications or creams etc...

Fifth File: Extra Things To Note

Here is the name list of the freshies who are coming .. And the amount to pay for camp fees. Some paid lesser becoz they are only coming for one day ya.
Another column is the extra things to bring for each individual. Those are compulsory things to bring for one of the activities ya. Some do Not have to bring if i nv indicate so dun worry k! You will not be missed out of the activity! Any difficulty in finding the clothes pls =)
